How can my youth ministry be involved in the stream?

One of our goals for this event among many others is for Young people to feel like their youth ministry isn't just watching a event but is part of it. There are 3 ways you can help make this happen:

1. YTH MIN PIC: submit a killer picture of Your youth ministry when registering. Pictures that are submitted will be used in the opener on the night.

2. SPOKEN WORD: If you're a youth pastor or the key leader of a youth min we'd love to have you part of the stream by recording your self speaking for the spoken word moment. We'll take all the submissions and edit it together into one unified clip. Click here for more info.

3. Praise Collab: We'd love to have your youth min involved in the events praise collab. To be involved ask one of your worship leaders to film themselves singing along to the song "Young Hearts" by Youth Alive National. for Info on where to submit your recording / how it needs to be recorded please click here.

* submissions for each of the 3 above areas are due 4pm oct 14th.

4. YP's & LEADERS PRAYER MEETING: We'll be hosting a Live ZOom Prayer Meeting on Tuesday night 20/10 @ 7:30pm. We'd love all Vic yP's & Youth leaders to join us for this as we pray for the young people of Victoria. (Zoom link will be emailed out)

F.A.Q

1. What time will the event start Exactly?

YA online will start streaming a pre-loop at 7:15pm but will officially start at 7:30pm AEDT

2. How long will the event run for?

The event iTself will run for a total of 50mins and will conclude at 8:20pm at the latest.

3. When & How will i Receive the link to the stream?

To ensure you receive the link for Youth Alive online please register your youth ministry through the registration button listed above. Everyone who registers will be emailed the link on Thursday 22/10 before 5pm.

4. WhAT PLATFORM WILL THE STREAM BE ON?

Youth Alive Online "The new normal" will be exclusively Live-streamed on Youtube through the Youth Alive Victoria Youtube Account.

5. What will happen at the end of the stream?

At the end of the Stream Young people will be encouraged to jump in their youth ministries zoom connect groups ("we're done for tonight, if you've received a link to a zoom group from your youth leader now is the time to jump on that link, for everyone else have a great night... etc"). we will be sending out an optional bible study guide on 20/10 before 5pm to those who have registered. The Study guide will link in well with the message on the night.

6. Do teenagers or Youth Leaders need to register for this event?

When a youth Pastor or the key leader of a youth ministry registers it covers the entire youth ministry. if you'RE a Teenager or Youth leader Please check in with your youth pastor instead of registering.
