Hey Guys!

Youth Alive Victoria’s BIG EVENT 2008 is just weeks away (Saturday Aug 23^rd). We have an incredible night planned featuring Group 1 Crew, Scott ‘Sanga’ Samways, Selahphonic and much more!
To ensure this night is a success we are seeking incredibly enthusiastic volunteers to serve in the following areas on the day:

• Giving collection team: Helping to take up the offering on the night, distributing credit card slips.
• New Christians Response team: Working with a team to talk the new Christians through their commitment, explain their new Christians pack and pray with them.
• Guest Relations: Serving our Youth Alive Guests, ensuring they are looked after.
• Stage Management: Ensuring the night is running according to the run sheet, serving as an assistant to the bands, speakers and other acts.
• Stage Runners: Taking things on and off stage between acts, running drink bottles and towels etc.
• Set up team: Setting up the night (which includes stage, merchandise, guest lounge, foyer).
• Pack up team: Packing up the night (which includes stage, merchandise, guest lounge, foyer).
• Prayer team: Covering the whole event with prayer.
• Foyer team: Making people feel incredibly welcome and excited to be at Youth Alive 2008.

We need people to serve in each area. It would be a privilege to have you as part of the team as we join together to see the teenagers of our state impacted by the truth of Jesus Christ.
